In addition, we also offer a vast variety of transparent level gauge that are suitable for measurement of liquid level in tanks under high pressure and temperature conditions. These comprise double flat glass placed against each other on a chamber. Furthermore, this product variety is equipped with glasses that are kept together by studs via cover plates. Our products are used for interface services or when the process is muddy or sticky. The chamber of our range is offered in a range of metallurgy like PP, CS, MS, SS304, SS316, SS 316L etc.

We are engaged in manufacturing Tubular Level Gauge that are suitable for visual liquid level indication and is the most popularly applied instrument in the process industry. These are easy to use and dependable mechanism for level indication in atmospheric or pressurized tank applications. Our range is placed parallel, along the side of the tank, in order to form a closed circle. With the variance of process level the level in the transparent glass tube alters and gives local level indication.

Some of the features of our range includes:

• Defrost/ illuminator available.

• Tie rod or C-frame construction

• Aluminum/SS scale with 5 mm resolution.

• Tie rod construction is 'light' and permits 360ºC visibility.

• Both constructions are available in integral or in line arrangements.

• C-frame construction is robust and permits observation from front & rear.

• Adjustable proximity/reed switch arrangement for level sensing with alarm relays.

• High quality, H grade borosilicate glass tube in 16/19/25mm outer diameter is used.

• Safety ball check device for preventing liquid loss during glass breakage can also be provided.

• Available in single length having c/c distance = 1600 mm. Extended lengths are provided by coupling several tubes or gauge assemblies in series.

• Gland packing design provides tension free tube installation to achieve zero leakage. It also enables glass removal for replacement or cleaning without dismantling the gauge or disconnection from the vessel.

• Transparent acrylic plate mounted on C-frame/acrylic pipe or slotted metallic pipe clamped on tie rod as glass protector can be provided if required, for additional safety to glass & personnel.
